Drove 1 hour to look at a new Hyundai Tucson that I was told was in stock. After test driving the vehicle and deciding that I wanted it. I was told that the website has been down all morning and could not be updated. ITS BEEN LISTED ON YOUR SITE (IN TRANSET) FOR 2 WEEKS AT THAT ORIGNAL PRICE. ALSO THE WEBSITE HAS RECENTANTLY BEEN UDATED "THAT DAY" TO "IN STOCK" AT THE ORGINAL PRICE. What a kind of dealership treats their customers like that.. Tried to con me out of an extra 2,000 bucks; just because I wanted it. More

I bought a Hyundai Tucson from Luther Burnsville. But when I was unable to get an appointment for my 7,500 mile maintenance check. I found Rich Kim to be very helpful and patient when I purchased my Hyundai Elantra. Rich also went out of his way to make sure that the car was delivered safely at my home. A mechanic I knew for the past purchased my Hyundai Elantra. Rich also went out of his way to make sure that the car was delivered safely at my home. A mechanic I knew for the past six years checked the car and informed me that the vehicle is in excellent condition, the only very small problem was that the lower air-con cap was missing. When I informed Rich of this, he made immediate work of getting me a new cap and sent it to me in due time. Thank you Rich Kim for all the help. More
