Surprise Purchase I was looking for a great SUV and purchasing a Hyundai was initially not my plan. My husband had good experiences at this dealership and encouraged me I was looking for a great SUV and purchasing a Hyundai was initially not my plan. My husband had good experiences at this dealership and encouraged me to go here after having a negative experience at a Toyota dealership. I reluctantly stopped in and told myself I would "just look". Matt Lane greeted me and proceeded to work with me that day. I had a lot of questions as I hadn't planned on even looking at this brand/make. I also had a tight budget. If I had a question that he was unable to answer, he did not hesitate to find someone with that answer. He spent a great deal of time with me that day. I met another salesman named Greg Gagne that was also fantastic and helped out that afternoon. After deciding on a vehicle, Matt spent a great deal of additional time showing me all the settings inside the car and teaching me all the features of Apple Car Play. Ultimately I left with a Santa Fe that day with low mileage and a great price. A big part of why I purchased here was not only the product but the customer service. I will refer here due to the customer service alone. I was so impressed. Businesses could learn from their service. Also, after taking the vehicle home, I have had questions and Matt is has promptly answered all my texts/questions. I will purchase here again! More
