Melissa knew everything about the vehicle and all its options, which was rare to find. I test drove an Acura, BMW, Infinity, Mercedes, Lexus and Audi and no one else had as much knowledge on the vehicle like Melissa did. Jennifer in financing was great. After it was all done the General Manager took time to thank and congratulate me and made sure I had no further concerns or questions. Melissa went through everything in the car with me again and I was off. They have been calling, emailing me since making sure I am all set! More

I thought I was on right path I had papers to sign at a different dealership in Des Moines, Iowa. I had found a vehicle I was happy with. I saw things weren't adding up. There were charges/loan term in papers I hadn't agreed to. I was upset, walked from the deal and called Luther because they had same car I was looking for. I had spoken to a nice guy from Luther. He said, "I am so sorry to hear what you are experiencing there. I can assure you won't have a bad experience like that here. I will even give you a $25 gas card to off set some cost of your trip up here." I was feeling like there must be still some good dealerships out there! I had asked him to look the vehicle over and tell me about the condition. He said, I think you will be very pleased. It is in almost new condition. I decided to make the long haul from Des Moines for the exact car I wanted. I got to dealership and the outside of car was good...I did notice it had been repainted on bumper due to there being over spray. I can live with that though. The inside smelled like an old stale smoked in bar. It was awful! I wasn't expecting that and it really should have been mentioned to me after the look over process. I wouldn't have made the drive there. I decided I could probably get the smell out of it though so I bought it. I am not sure why it hadn't had better detailing done to it. I had no idea ASHES WOULD CONSTANTLY FLY OUT OF THE VENTS!! I am very upset and disappointed. I still haven't had the funds for a real detail job where vents could be cleaned out. Ashes blowing in your eyes is not fun. I was told by the salesman (after I had signed papers) they would send my $25 gas card in the mail. I should have gotten it in writing! I contacted salesman by email so I had it in writing. I asked for the card because I hadn't received and let them know about the flying ashes. I got no response back. That is great customer service plus there is no excuse for ashes to blow out of the vents...it should have been detailed properly!! I wouldn't buy another $25,000 vehicle there! I have at this point no trust in any car dealer after having two experiences where I was lied to and/or deceived by. Thanks! Update: I have received the gift card after my review here. I didn't get any help with blowing ashes. I am still not pleased with their customer service. More

I spoke with everyone from the GM down to the receptionist through out the process, multiple times. Not to mention, I came in during one of their busiest days of the year "Black Saturday".
