Chadd Moreno and the service department are great! My wife and I purchased a 2009 Santa Fe in December of 2014. Two weeks after the purchase, the car developed problems - it would not start! Chadd My wife and I purchased a 2009 Santa Fe in December of 2014. Two weeks after the purchase, the car developed problems - it would not start! Chadd Moreno in the service department worked with us for over 3 weeks to figure out what the issue was. We received a loaner vehicle (a brand new 2015 Sonata) while Chadd worked with Hyundai tech to figure out the issue. Throughout the entire process, my wife and I were never charged a dime. The dealer stood behind the vehicle they sold us and resolved all of our concerns. I could not have been more impressed with Chadd and his team - it's never ideal to have a car not start, but they worked their tails off to fix the problem, and that's all I can ask for. For those interested, the issue turned out to be with the ignition switch. Chadd replaced it almost a month ago and we have been problem free ever since! More

Exceeding Expectations I spent two days going back and forth between dealers who said that they gave me the "best price possible" but oddly kept coming back with a lower num I spent two days going back and forth between dealers who said that they gave me the "best price possible" but oddly kept coming back with a lower number, better package, or more miles when they heard what my competitor was offering. It was very frustrating. I decided enough was enough and walked into Hyundai and was greeted by Melissa Garvey. She didn't ask what her competitors were offering but instead asked what was most important to me. Not only was she able to determine my needs and sit me in a vehicle that met those needs but she answered all the concerns we had about leasing. We drove away in the car that we loved due to her helpful, professional, and knowledgeable service that exceeded my expectations every step of the way. More
