Easy, Fast and No Pressure! Hyundai contacted me with an opportunity to trade out of my 2013 Sonata lease a couple of months early. Not knowing if I liked the new Sonata's I deci Hyundai contacted me with an opportunity to trade out of my 2013 Sonata lease a couple of months early. Not knowing if I liked the new Sonata's I decided to check them out at Luther Burnsville Hyundai. I was greeted by Melissa who did exactly what I wanted in a sales person. She was informative, accommodating, and consultative. I was able to determine the vehicle that was equipped to my needs and payment, but colors were not in stock. The dealership was able to find exactly what I wanted, and had it for delivery in a couple of days. The transaction with the business office was quick, and painless. More importantly, the quote, payment and other transaction details were exactly as communicated when i picked out the vehicle I wanted. This was one of the best experiences I have ever had buying a vehicle, and I will definitely be back. More

Five star across the board I'm not one who likes to give a top score when rating anything. Certainly the experience when buying any product can't be perfect, right? I went to Burnsville Hyundai after looking online at many different dealers in the area, and a variety of different makes and models. I decided on a 2013 Hyundai Sonata. They had priced the car very fairly, in my opinion, and it came with a lot of nice options that I didn't expect, especially at the price I paid. Galen was very friendly and helpful during the sales process, and Jennifer went above and beyond to get me a loan at a fair rate, despite a recent hit to my credit. Those are the two people who's names I remember, but everyone I ran into was very friendly. Over the last fifteen years, I've been hoping to find a dealer that I can build a relationship with, that I trust to buy another car from in the future, and one that makes me want to go out of my way to use their service department. Looks like I finally did. More
