I went in prepared to do battle with the sales person and was armed with all of the reasons why I wouldn't be buying a car that day. Based on past experience, I knew that I would be pressured to make a decision. What I found not only confused me a bit, but also pleasantly surprised me. Melissa was friendly and helpful, but not pushy at all. She listened to what I was looking for and provided me with the information I needed to make a decision. She stayed in touch throughout the process without hounding me and responded quickly to meet my needs when I finally decided to make the purchase, locating and acquiring the car I wanted with the right packages and color. I started my search with about 9 different cars on my list, but decided on the Genesis based on the quality/price of the car, my interactions at the dealership, and Melissa's customer service. More

I might not be cool enough for my new Hyundai!! I worked with Melissa Garvey - first contact was online, and then a few times in the dealership. I too kept waiting for something sneaky to happen (so I worked with Melissa Garvey - first contact was online, and then a few times in the dealership. I too kept waiting for something sneaky to happen (sorry folks, bad experience in the past) but Melissa was great!! When I asked a couple of other questions on the lease process, she didn't hesitate to go and get someone else to chat with me. His name was Charlie - they stayed late after closing to answer my questions, and let me think about my decision. When I got home, I checked Charlie's card, and he was the general manager! Never been treated so well by both of them!! Came down to a decision on color - black or white...and the evening I came in to decide, Melissa had pulled both of them side by side!! I will be back!! They were awesome on the last two we purchased recent We have purchased four Hyundai vehicles in the last seven years, the last two were from Luther. They were awesome on the last two we purchased recently and their service department has taken care of us since the day the dealership opened. Everyone is always smiling and courteous when you walk in the door and you are greeted almost immediately. This is a stark difference from many other dealerships you walk into. I've been in some other ones where I've walked through the whole showroom for 15 minutes and not one person even said hello to me. That will never happen at this place. More

Since there were two days left in the 2015 March Sale Event, I didn't have much time to debate, yet he wasn't trying to force the issue. Ted, the finance officer, took into account my finance needs, and was VERY accommodating. I will most certainly look forward to a long term relationship with Luther Hyundai. Eric Harkness More
Dealership was good but not so sure about salesperson My salesperson showed me the "Carfax" but he read them to me and I should have paid more attention and read it myself so it's my fault for trusting hi My salesperson showed me the "Carfax" but he read them to me and I should have paid more attention and read it myself so it's my fault for trusting him. He said the used vehicle had only one previous owner that was a nonsmoker in Virginia, no collisions. I read it later after I bought the vehicle and saw that the one non-smoking owner was a rental agency. I'm not happy about this. It should have been emphasized that I was buying a rental vehicle. I was also told by Tero that the vehicle had an alarm system when I called my auto insurance from the dealership so I could get a quote. My monthly insurance premium will cost more money because it does not have an alarm system. I'm embarrassed that I wasn't more careful and trusted a salesperson. Hopefully I won 't have issues with the vehicle, like it so far. The rest of the staff was very nice though. More
