I have previously worked with them and was aware of their friendliness and awesome customer service. I threw Ted in the list as he was the person who finished my financing. I appreciate all of them, but for Joe, he went the extra mile when he discovered that my new car was not detailed to his expectations. He proceeded to take the cleaner and rag with him and finished up what he thought needed cleaning. Beyond these three people, I met and was thanked by Charlie many times for stopping in and buying from the dealership. Very nice and welcoming atmosphere. I should also mention that my daughter leased a vehicle from Joe and I am sure she would agree with everything I have mentioned. Thank you! More

We were test driving a new Santa Fe within a few minutes of getting there. It was great! We didn't purchase the vehicle that night as we wanted to think about it over night. We didn't experience any pushy sales tactics as with many other dealerships. We wanted the AWD Santa Fe but they didn't have one with our desired options but were ably to get us one the next day. It was so nice to be treated with respect. Even before we decided to purchased this vehicle I would have recommended them. Great Dealership and we will definitely be back. We had a unique situation - one that Melissa worked VERY hard to make work for us - so I'll share our story in the hopes that Melissa's hard work will be rewarded by people like you being convinced to call and ask for her! :) My 73 year old mom decided she was done putting money into her old car last April when her air conditioner broke and she was told that it could cost over $1000 to diagnose and fix. She wanted a Ford Escape or Mazda CX-5, but I had read about the new (2016) Hyundai Tucson that was said to be coming to dealers in July, and convinced her to wait because it sounded like the Tucson was going to be the car she would like the best. But after driving her old car around with no air conditioning for 3 hot months, in mid-July she got bad news. Hyundai was being SUPER SLOW in releasing the 2016 Tucson, and it now looked like she may have to wait another 2-3 months before Hyundai was going to ship the model and options that she had been waiting for. I felt awful for making my mom melt all summer as she waited for a car that wasn't coming! So out of desperation I called 2 other local Hyundai dealers to see if anyone could think of a way to get a new Tucson to my mom ASAP. They said they'd call me when something arrived at their dealership, but did nothing more. Melissa, on the other hand, kept me updated almost daily, asking questions and searching against the odds. And on July 30th, she actually found what my mom was looking for! So, despite Hyundai's marketing that we were relying on - that the 2016 Tucson's would be "available in July" - literally only a few Tucson's did actually make it to MN within the last couple days of July. And only one 2016 Tucson was actually sold in MN in July. Can you guess who the one-and-only lucky person in MN was who actually got their Tucson during the month that Hyundai said it would happen? Yep! Because of Melissa's hard work on behalf of my 73-year-old mom and her very hot old car, we got the very first 2016 Tucson that was sold in MN! I've never seen a salesperson work so hard to take care of a potential customer before - thanks so much, Melissa! And by the way, mom LOVES her new 2016 Tucson, and is glad that she didn't end up buying a Ford Escape - which she would have done had Melissa not worked so hard to find her a better car in a timely manner! More
