Melissa is Awesome! WE were looking for used GMC Acadia's and found a few here and there. We came upon one that this dealer had and we decided to go in and check it out. WE were looking for used GMC Acadia's and found a few here and there. We came upon one that this dealer had and we decided to go in and check it out. We looked at the vehicle before walking into the office. Melissa greeted us with a smile and a flair about her. She has a great sense of humor which made our conversation with us all the more enjoyable. Because we liked the Acadia, we looked and drove others, this was the one we wanted. There were some things we noticed that needed attention and they were looked at and completed. Yes it did take some time with delays in getting the part, however Mellissa stepped it up and got things done.
