Melissa was incredibly helpful, low pressure and within a few keystrokes on her computer, found a couple available vehicles that met my needs. Melissa was patient as I asked my "first time lessee" questions, gave me the space and time to sleep on it and then once I decided, she made the rest of the process even smoother. Thanks! More

Melissa Garvey greeted us after allowing us to "snoop around" the lot a bit which I appreciated. It is nice to work with someone who is knowledgeable but also a bit laid back. We went for a test drive and loved the car. Then came the decision as to which one to choose......Finally I made what I thought was the best choice for myself. Melissa arranged for the car to be delivered from Fargo ND, When the car arrived I was having second thoughts about it. It was beautiful but I felt the interior was just too light for my needs. Sooooo, off she went to do another search as she really wanted me to be very happy with my choice. It took some legwork but Melissa came through and was able to secure the car from WI. Melissa was great keeping me up to date as to the progress of the search and delivery of the car. I prefer txt messaging and she was awesome with that form of communication. Upon delivery of the car Melissa spent quite a bit of time showing me the ropes on the new car. I am no tech savvy person so I was thrilled that she was so thorough with the explanations and did not mind going over a few things twice. Also, when I asked questions she made me feel at ease. Melissa has also been very gracious to continue to answer questions I have had and it has been three weeks since I took delivery of the car. Just now as I write this review I shot Melissa a txt with a question as I have not received my license plates yet and she was happy to help out! This has been the best car buying experience I have ever had and would do business with Burnsville Hyundai and Melissa again! More

Of the four dealerships we visited, the folks at Burnsville Hyundai were the most professional in their product knowledge, negotiating and demeanor. Melissa Garvey (product specialist) answered all of our initial questions and then kept in touch with us by phone and email. She found the exact car we wanted out of state and arranged shipment, worked with our schedule for pick-up, gave us a thorough demonstration of the car's features (she even linked our cell phones with the car's Bluetooth system!), and sent us off with a full tank of gas. We enjoyed working with her and never felt pressured on any buying decisions. Dean Dreckman (general sales manager) did something I'd never experienced before in a dealership: He invited me to ride along as he evaluated our trade-in vehicle and let me explain my rationale for the car's value. In the end, he gave me the price I wanted which sealed the deal. Ted Gebre (finance manager) walked us through the paperwork, including options for an extended warranty. Although I'm not a fan of those warranties, he was able to put together a package of just the items I wanted covered at a price that seemed very reasonable compared to what other dealers were offering. I'm a satisfied customer. More

How much fuel was in the tank, I brought you a nearly full tank in my trade-in and I wasn't sure I would make it home with what the gauge was showing me on the vehicle I bought. I didn't expect a full tank, but maybe close to a quarter tank would be nice. The sales person was pleasant and not overly pushy, which is a positive, because if he had pushed I would have walked away. I didn't appreciate a sales person standing outside the door of the customer parking area, looked like a vulture. More

Linda was very responsive to e-mails and had the car ready to go when we got there. The sales process was very smooth and professional, and the finance guy Ted was easy to deal with also. I have purchased vehicles at other dealerships and usually the finance office is pure torture, but not here! Good job! More
