Good Overall We bought a brand new Tuscon and thought that it had navigation and a lifetime power tran warranty but then we found out that it didn't have either. Also we asked that our credit be run first thing Saturday morning so that we knew if we could get approved and we didn't get an answer until Monday at 11am. Then we went down there a couple hours later after talking and texting Babak several times and then once I got there we had to wait about 15 mins for Babak and then he asked if I brought my pay stub, which of course I should of thought to bring but I don't buy cars everyday so I just feel there should be a run down given to everyone of what to bring so that people don't have to come back or wait around, like we had to, until someone sends the proper paperwork over. When we first went there a few weeks before Babak was great, helpful and not pushy but then we felt like once we said we'll buy the car it seemed like we weren't a priority anymore to anyone. Mr. Davis and the staff at the dealership were very courteous, friendly and we were able to negotiate a good deal for our vehicle (although the trade-in for our truck wasn't the greatest). Overall, we are pleased with our purchase and will definitely recommend this dealership to others. VERY UPSET Our car buying experience was terrible here and I wouldn't recommend purchasing from here to my worst enemy! They seem super friendly and cater to your needs right away, but as soon as the sale is final, they completely ignore you and will take months to get something settled! We were lied to by our online sales person who told us they could hold a car if we decided we liked it, which they couldn't. And do not EVER for one second accept a "WE OWE YOU" from them! Do not walk out of there until everything is done and taken care of or you will get screwed and be dealing with it for the next 5 months like me!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!! Ted refused to even see us when we came in to complain and get our issues worked out. More

Requested a quote on-line, had a response in a few hours I had read the reviews on the Sonata and to get owner's take on a Hyundai I would approach Hyundai owners in retail parking lots to find out how they I had read the reviews on the Sonata and to get owner's take on a Hyundai I would approach Hyundai owners in retail parking lots to find out how they liked their cars. The response from the owners was overwhelmingly positive. After noticing in the StarTrib the great deal Hyundai was offering on the Sonata, I went on-line to get a quote. Linda not only called me, but sent me an email. By the end of the week, I had an appointment with Linda. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to find the color and make of Hyundai that I was interested in test driving. Both my husband and I test drove the Sonata and liked the way it operated and would fit our needs. By Saturday, I had called Linda to let her know I wanted the car. By the following Friday, I had leased the car. Jennifer made the leasing process easy. Both Linda and Jennifer were great to work with. I am now enjoying my new Sonata. More
