I was looking for a smaller car for more reasons than just a lower payment, and they didn't try to upsell me. They wanted to make sure I got what I wanted. Melissa showed me how all the technology worked and followed up to make sure I was happy with the car and has sent me notes from time to time just checking in. Most of us dread going into a showroom only to be pounced upon by sales people who are selling. I am in health insurance sales and do a lot of consulting and certainly appreciated their approach. She took the worry about getting rid of my lease car from another dealer and got me into the new car of my choice when I wanted it...she did not push me...they even brought it up from Rochester! I told her that I wanted to delay my first payment...no problem. I know I should have asked for a 'deal' and fought for a few extra dollars on a lower interest rate or lower sticker price but I did not want that stress. It was worth what I paid to have my experience go so smoothly. Things went so smoothly, that I feel pretty comfortable going back someday for my next car. Stepping in was "Dean", who I give TOP NOTCH customer satisfaction! Because Dean "made it right", gave me full credit for the old car, I decided to look at a new car lease with Galen. Well, I found THE ONE! I was so thrilled with the Elantra he suggested for me, I test-drove it, and left that day with my new car. Galen, Dean, and Ted got everything taken care of ON THE SPOT! Went out of their way to find me the right car! When I showed up they didn't jump all over me but didn't leave me standing around forever either before assisting me which is important. Melissa really took the time to find out what I needed and when she new she didn't have the right one she still showed me one with similar features that I could use as a gage for whether the car would be a fit and then should went further to locate one that she could get for me from another partnering dealership. She worked around my timeline in getting the car and closing the deal without pressuring me which I found to be refreshing from prior dealerships I had worked with.
