We had been to about every dealership in the south metro some mutiple times looking for the right car. After months of this process, we found the right car, the Hyundia Sonata! Then started the process of settling in on a dealership, we felt would treat us fairly with the "whole" car buying experience. After several months of this process we made our final decision. We had been through the lot almost 8 weeks prior to making our final decision of where to buy. Our intial visit to the store we were greeted by our salesman Scott P. and as always with our crazy schedules we always manage to be in at closing, Scott had no issues with this at all and handled it very professional, sincere and genuine and even though the store was right at closing he lined up a no pressure test drive for us, we took our mental notes and moved on for the next several weeks reviewing other Hyundia stores and after several weeks and our kids thinking we were never going to buy a car we decided on Burnsville Hyundia. We wanted to buy a new Hyundia Sonata with all the bells and wistles and these guys really came through with an amazing deal for us, Dean thier new car manager put together a package for our trade and the Sonata we wanted and it was no easy task, however... he listened closely to my wife and my requests and put together an incredible lease deal for us so we finalized our purchase on a Saturday, again last minute so much so that as we were signing our paperwork with Ted their finance manager the rest of the dealership was closing down, showroom floor lights off, doors locked and everyone already at or headed home for the day with one exception, Scott who again took the time to go through all the details of the car with us well after closing time. You all really came through for us and made our expierience very pleasurable, Great job guys we look forward to our next car purchase with you all. More
