Great first time buying from a dealership I was referred to this dealer because of a specific car, and also to Galen. Right from the beginning Galen was very helpful and wanted to show me the I was referred to this dealer because of a specific car, and also to Galen. Right from the beginning Galen was very helpful and wanted to show me the vehicle, but at the same time was not overly pushy to make me purchase without thinking it over. He took me on a test drive the following day as well, and then was patient enough to wait all weekend to hear from me on Monday when I actually purchased the vehicle. He made the experience very simple and left the decision completely up to me without trying to pursuay me and potentially lose my sale by scaring me away and not making me feel welcome. He is a very knowledgable salesman that can connect on many levels other than just a vehicle, we had at least a 30 year gap in age, and it was never hard to converse at all. I would definately recommend seeing Galen if you want a car buying experience that does not include the typical 'salesman' trying to make money with disregard for the buyer. More

The Best Customer Service!! We had been looking for a used car for my husband for a couple months. When we got to Luther Hyundai of Burnsville we were very impressed with Rich Kim and we knew that we would be purchasing a vehicle from him. Rich Kim and the owner Rich and the finance manager all stayed late on a Saturday to make sure that we could drive our new car home. And they were all so accommodating, we haven't experienced customer service like that for quite a while! We will definitely be back when we are in the market for a vehicle in the future. More

Great Car Buying Experience!
