Excellent I was in need a of a new car that would be reliable thru the winter months. I did a lot of research on which type of vehicle I wanted to either purch I was in need a of a new car that would be reliable thru the winter months. I did a lot of research on which type of vehicle I wanted to either purchase or lease. I also visited several dealerships in a 25 mile radius prior to looking in the lot at Luther BV Hyundai. The first vehicle I saw I just knew was meant for me. Scott Prescott approached us and answered any questions we had. We test drove the vehicle and I loved it. When he asked me about financing I told him that I had just finished a BK13 case. This was very hard for me to share with anyone but Scott made me feel very comfortable and understood what I was feeling. I can not say enough good things about Scott. He is a good listener, did not rush me with anything and was kind enough to help learn how to understand the new gadgets in the SUV. My financing agent was Jennifer Snyder. I am so grateful to her and the magic she can work. She was able to find a bank that did not ask for a super high interest rate. She also kept my monthly payment in the low end of my price range. Jennifer is so kind, considerate, understanding and had a way of making me feel comfortable in the process. I have never met a better finance agent. Bottom line is Scott and Jennifer were excellent to work with. I will forever be grateful to them in helping me with the purchase of my new vehicle. More
