They were enthusiastic to get the deal done quickly, but I never felt pressured through the process. Scott was very thorough, friendly and knowledgeable, and Andy really knew his stuff and you could tell he has a lot of experience as a salesman. Rich was very fair in his trade-in appraisal and knowledgeable of the inventory he had on the lot, and Ted was really easy to work with to get the deal done. Both Scott and Ted took time to discuss and recommend additional protection products and warranty upgrades, but they ultimately left the decision up to me as to whether or not I wanted to include these options; which was greatly appreciated. Scott also took time to familiarize me with the service department - which I plan to use in the future being that my buying experience was as good as it was. I would definitely recommend each of the people I worked with to anyone that was looking for a new vehicle. More

What a change!!! We were in a car accident and our van was totaled. We went to another "big" dealer and purchased a used car that we were told had been looked over an We were in a car accident and our van was totaled. We went to another "big" dealer and purchased a used car that we were told had been looked over and was deemed in perfect condition. After driving it home, we knew right away that the car was not perfect and was actually a lemon. We returned it the next day. The following day, we drove to Burnsville Hyundai to test drive a used Santa Fe we saw advertised on-line. It was nice but didn't feel like the car for us so we decided to look at new cars instead and became interested in the 2016 Santa Fe's. We test drove one and were hooked! It's the best car we have ever had and we've owned Mercedes', BMW's, Audi's, Saab's and even a Lincoln Navigator. Needless to say, we drove home that night in a brand new 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe and we love it. I can honestly say that we were treated like royalty by Linda, Dean and Jennifer and they got the deal done very professionally. They bent over backwards for us and made us feel at home. Linda, (our sales person) stayed with us for over 3 hours while we went back and forth on our decision. Dean (sales manager) "reluctantly" gave up his Santa Fe because it was the perfect model for us and Jennifer (Finance) had us approved and had all our paperwork completed in 30 minutes. I highly recommend Burnsville Hyundai and the staff there. They are the best. Now I just hope Dean or Linda don't forget the hat they promised Skye! More
