Great Buying Experience Came in with not a great credit score and Galen in sales got me into a Hyundai Sonata that fit everything I wanted for the price that I could afford. He really listened to what I wanted and didn't try to get me to spend outside of what I was comfortable with. Then to finish everything was Ted, he did all the loan work for me, got me a good interest rate, and was quick and professional. Overall a great shopping experience. Before going to Burnsville Hyundai I went to Inver Grove Nissian and had a terrible experience so it was great that they could renew my confidence in buying a car. More

She followed up over the course of many weeks and found me the vehicle I was looking for at the price I wanted to pay. The finance manager was also very helpful and explained everything we needed to know about our purchase and available warranty and additional service options. My pre-owned newer vehicle did not come with floor mats. I was disappointed when the manager would not allow the vehicle replacement floor mats even when we paid the sticker price. That was my one disappointment with the dealership's sense of customer service, not the salesperson (Melissa) who had attempted to accommodate us. More
