We were interested in a Hyundai as we had heard great things, but we weren't exactly sure which car would fit our needs and our budget. Scott Prescott made the entire experience very enjoyable, and we NEVER felt rushed or pressured. He provided many options and if we said we weren't interested, he was understanding and let it go. I think this was what we valued most about Scott. We felt educated and like we were shown all of the possible options and given all of the information, but our decisions were respected. We ended up purchasing a vehicle that week. In the following months, Scott checked in with us occasionally to ask about the car and how we were enjoying it. We really appreciated that he continued the relationship past the purchase date. He also always offered a friendly hello when we stopped in for oil changes, etc. We found ourselves commenting on how this vehicle was the best purchase we have made. 5 months later, after fully realizing the benefits of having a more fuel-efficient and tech savvy car, we decided to look at purchasing another Hyundai but this time for me. We worked with Scott once again and were also very impressed with the manager, Dean, and the used car salesman, Rich, for the trade-in. The trade-in value was fair and they were very helpful in working out the best deal for the new vehicle. We ended up purchasing another vehicle with them. I also appreciated how genuinely friendly the staff was. Several salesmen approached us as we came in the second time and wanted to make sure we were being helped. They were very understanding and kind when we told them that we worked with Scott previously and wanted to work with him again. They went out of their way to help us and to talk with us during down time or while we waited for Scott. My wife and I are impressed with the Luther Burnsville Hyundai family and their upfront, friendly, and non-pressured sales approach. We highly recommend them. More

I found a certified used 2014 Hyundai Elantra GT advertised (Black Friday special) i I was in a bit of a bind after totalling my 2010 Hyundai Elantra. I found a certified used 2014 Hyundai Elantra GT advertised (Black Friday special) in the paper on Thanksgiving day. I immediately left a message at Burnsville Hyundai and Linda Cichanowski called back the next morning. I went, checked out the car and loved it. I signed paperwork and was going to finance through my credit union in Texas. Unfortunately they did not come through. Linda told me not to worry. She would have Jennifer Snyder look into financing. Fortunately Jennifer found me a low interest loan through Wings Financial Credit Union. I was the happy owner of the 2014 Hyundai Elantra a day later.
