Friendly service I had been looking for a newer, low mileage used car for the last couple months. I spoke with several people at several dealerships and test drove s I had been looking for a newer, low mileage used car for the last couple months. I spoke with several people at several dealerships and test drove several makes and models. Once I decided on the model I wanted, I spent another week test driving and comparing. They were all fairly close, so I chose Burnsville Hyundai, because of the people there. I purchased the car through Linda Cichanowski. Linda, was terrific she was extremely helpful and patient, as I test drove 2 particular cars several times, before making my decision. There was never any pressure, no hard sell, no phone calls. I guess that's why I felt so comfortable there. I would like to say that early in my search, I had dealt with 2 other sales people who were also friendly and no pressure, they could have blown the deal before it even got started, like a couple other dealers I checked out.
