He didn't hesitate to let me test drive as many cars as I wanted to help me decide the car I wanted. I felt no pressure in finalizing the car I want. Charlie helped me negotiate my trade-in. He finally gave me a very good price (exactly what I asked him) for the trade-in. I must thank Jennifer for explaining me the various options as well as the importance of having a gap coverage. Tony worked out some number magic in getting the best interest rates from the bank :) More
