Very happy I submitted an online application as I was interested in a specific car. Joe called me within what seemed like minutes. The car was not on their lot yet. He called me the next week the day they got it. It was really nice to meet him in person when we arrived at the dealership. He is very friendly, funny and down to earth. Not "salesy" which I liked. He had the car cleaned and ready to test drive the second I got there. Joe is very knowledgable and took time for all my questions, along with pointing out things to me that I didn't ask. He and Rich took care of me and helped me get the car since someone else was interested at the same time. :) Definitely ask for Joe if you go to Burnsville Hyundai! I am loving my Santa Fe Sport! More

I had planned on only looking [and buying] one car, and trading in my old car (the trade in value was spot on for Kelly Blue book and then some). They knew I was hesitant, and after talking they found me a vehicle that met my needs (and more!) and best of all it kept my checkbook happy. They have been wonderful about following up to see how the car is doing, and if I have any questions. I will defiantly be coming back to this location for my future car needs. More

My car leasing experience I came in with the intent of looking to lease for the first time.
