Great, Friendly Experience Best experience I've had at a dealership. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, going out of their way to do some of the extra stuff that an averag Best experience I've had at a dealership. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, going out of their way to do some of the extra stuff that an average car buyer wouldn't care about. For example, they allowed me to use my own mounting solution for the front plate of the car, instead of drilling through the bumper like most dealerships would. They understand that a car isn't just a tool to some people. Otis was awesome, and did a great job taking care of everything, answering all my questions and concerns, or finding the right person if he could not (I had a few technical questions and we talked to the guys in the shop). I will definitely be back here for me or my wife's next vehicle. Just all around awesome customer service. More

I cannot say enough how great he was to work with - very responsive via email, clearly involved in person and very responsive to any questions after-the-fact. I used to work with a Lincoln dealership a few years ago in Golden Valley and I have to say many of the salesmen had a cocky, "I'm so good, I'm out of this world" attitude. Jason, however, had the knowlege, caring AND the personality to make both my daughter and me feel welcome, and has been excellent in his follow up! I would never hesitate to send anyone to see him for either a new or used vehicle. He is one of the best in my many, many years of buying autos. He is a gem! More
