We went on a test drive and he explained all of the features of the car in detail, and never once was pushy. The gti was a bit more expensive than I could afford, and I knew this going into it, but he still let me test drive one and learn more about the car. It was a fantastic experience. For example, they allowed me to use my own mounting solution for the front plate of the car, instead of drilling through the bumper like most dealerships would. They understand that a car isn't just a tool to some people. Otis was awesome, and did a great job taking care of everything, answering all my questions and concerns, or finding the right person if he could not (I had a few technical questions and we talked to the guys in the shop). I will definitely be back here for me or my wife's next vehicle. Just all around awesome customer service. More

I used to work with a Lincoln dealership a few years ago in Golden Valley and I have to say many of the salesmen had a cocky, "I'm so good, I'm out of this world" attitude. Jason, however, had the knowlege, caring AND the personality to make both my daughter and me feel welcome, and has been excellent in his follow up!
