Brendon took me on a demo ride around Brooklyn Park. I liked the Passat. Then he took my wife Marlene on a demo ride to our house to see if the Passat would easily fit in our garage. It fit nicely into our garage. Brendon connected me with the right people to guide me thru the diesel buy back process and payment options. Both Marlene and I were very pleased by Brendon's work in helping us to pick the right Passat model that would be a good replacement for our Jetta TDI. Preston also talked with me about hobbies of mine such as cycling, so it didn’t seem like he was just trying to sell a car but actually cared about the customer. A few days after my purchase I was able to message Preston a question about the vehicle and he responded in minutes with the answer I needed. I talked with Jacque about financing details, warranties, and documents. She was friendly and helpful in explaining everything to me. Both Preston and Jacque were around at the dealership to help me until everything was done right at closing. Overall great and friendly service from everyone I interacted with throughout the process. The price of the vehicle was reasonable as well. It was within the Kelly Blue Book green range. I was also offered different warranty options that I could purchase at a reasonable price. More
