Did not repair tilt steering to satisfaction I was a bit disappointed in the last service visit as the tilt steering wheel on my 2018 Passat does not work to my satisfaction. It is still difficul I was a bit disappointed in the last service visit as the tilt steering wheel on my 2018 Passat does not work to my satisfaction. It is still difficult to lock in position in either the full up or down positions. There seems to be a loose part in the column that moves randomly to make the tilt lever very tight. The service department's solution was to apply grease to the affected part?? I would like to set-up a follow-up appointment with the service department and actually have a technician look at it! Fine service, stop trying to sell me additional services. Everything in my scheduled service was good but I feel like at every turn, someone is trying to find a way to sell me more. For example, my tires are brand new (150 miles) and you tried to sell me a service that includes rotating them. This is just one example & something happens every time. I no longer trust you to recommend things from a neutral perspective. I feel like you are just out to make a buck. More
