Slow. We gave a 3 hour warning that we were coming to pick up our car. When we showed up the salesman had no idea where our paperwork was. Why wouldn't you We gave a 3 hour warning that we were coming to pick up our car. When we showed up the salesman had no idea where our paperwork was. Why wouldn't you have that set aside and ready to go? He finally figured out that it was with the finance department after I reminded him that we already had a purchase agreement written up. I thought the guy was high. Once that was found we waited another 45+ minutes to talk to finance even though we had a cashier's check for the full purchase amount in hand. Someone else needs to be trained to handle quick transactions like that. Finance person was gtreat. Very professional and quick. Car was in great condition but one of the keys was not working. Dead battery and key wouldn't flip open. This should have been checked long before I showed up. Since I had my kids with me I didn't have time to stick around even longer to wait for the key to be fixed. More
