NEW CAR PURCHASE I purchased a new car at this dealer. I made two visits both times drove the same car. I tried to negotiate on the price but was assured their pricing I purchased a new car at this dealer. I made two visits both times drove the same car. I tried to negotiate on the price but was assured their pricing policy is totally transparent . After agreeing on the price I was sent to finance to complete the transaction. I was told by the finance person that they add an option called PULSE to all of their vehicles, a brake light flasher safety option. I was told that if I want it left on the car I would need to pay an additional $300. I asked if this option was on the car that I drove twice, it was. After calling them out on their little game they agreed to sell it at the published price with all the options that were on the car as advertised. Just beware of the old school bait and switch at these dealers that are so reassuring that their pricing is so transparent. The reason for the poor service rating was the lack of attention to detail on the detailing of the car. It was less than average. Door jams and rubber seal dusty dirty some leftover wax on parts of interior. Was not what I expected after spending 30+K for a new car, More

Best Customer Service I came in for an oil change, and a recall on the trunk springs & a recall on the rear axle coil springs. Windshield replacement Had an insurance windshield claim (2nd one in 4 months) & our first oil change, but both times the service employees were awesome! We dealt with Nate this time and everything went so smoothly. Very knowledgeable, courteous & helpful. Nate & his service manager made sure everything was set up with the glass replacement company we chose and Nate & the finance manager made sure we were good to go with the re-application of the crystal fusion we had purchased with the new vehicle. The service techs did a great job from their end working on our vehicle. The detailing department did a very nice job cleaning the vehicle up and I asked about some minor scratches to be touched up with the touch up paint I had and they did a great job buffing & filling in the marks. Overall I’m very happy with every transaction that my wife & I have made with Luther Brookdale VW and look forward to continuing bringing our business here. More

Great customer service I had to get my purge valve, lights, and windshield whippers replaced. Navar did a great job when I came in.
