My 17 year old son and I went in to look at a few cars he found online. We were greeted at the door by saleswoman Jill Taylor, very nice and approachable. Would not recommend yet. Undercoat was damaged by mechanic when putting car on lift. Service Manager Alex had issue corrected by body shop w/no price adjustment on work done. Issue has been dealt with but with excessive hassle to get car back in same condition it arrived to shop in. Will try again, hopefully next time without damage to car - then may be willing to recommend, because they did correct the damage free of charge (and acknowledged that it should not have happened). Hopefully corrective measures are taken in Service Dept as well. General Manager Jim Baldwin also followed up - good to see at least that it was important to them, which was not the case in similar situation at another dealer (Luther Westside VW). More
