Brookdale VW just completed a recall job on my car. During the work, another part was accidentally broken. They lent me a similar car, ordered the part, and completed repairs. When I picked up my car, it was clean inside and out. The recall and repairs were completed perfectly. They also did a repair of the rear window washer under bumper-to-bumper. Everything was taken care of. I decided to purchase some muddy buddy floor liners. Every staff person was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Great experience I have a vw dealership less then a mile from me. I drove and will continue to drive the extra fifteen minutes just to go to this dealership.
