Came in for oil change in the early evening, but also having issue with temperature light coming on. Diagnosis was that radiator grill was dirty with cottonwood particles. Although to clean it required taking it out and hosing it off, cleaning it, and a charge of over $200, Josh offered me a loaner so I could attend my event that night and I could return afterwards and the car would be all fixed up. He made it easy and convenient even though I didn't like the associated cost. More

The guys are trustworthy. They don't push to sell. Their hours are very convenient. Even though their prices are a little higher, it is difinitely worth it! I switched from using Walser Toyota for my service to Luther Toyota b/c of terrible customer service at Walser Toyota in Bloomington and I was so elated to finally find a dealership that has friendly and Luther Toyota b/c of terrible customer service at Walser Toyota in Bloomington and I was so elated to finally find a dealership that has friendly and knowledgeable service advisors to help you maintain your car rather than try to make a profit off you by using tactics that are borderline unethical in the car service department and I have many examples that Walser tries to extract money from you in an unethical way. I am very happy to find a dealership that I trust and that gives me excellent customer service from advisor to cashier. I think that Luther Toyota should be a template for other dealerships to follow. My car was completed by a team of mechanics in a timely and cost effective fashion and was not only washed but cleaned from the inside as well as a new shine to my tires. What more could you ask for? Excellent experience and they just gained a customer for life. More

Recall for floor mats, estimated time was 1 hour--25 minutes later, my vehicle was ready to go!! EXCELLENT! Other service notification was unnecessary for my model vehicle. Female who scheduled my appointment estimated time of 2.5 hours--OOPS; perhaps she was new, as she kept putting me on hold to check things while scheduling; she also incorrectly entered service that I did not need to schedule at this time and I did tell her that. Will give her the benefit of the doubt--this time. Have never had this happen in the past 4 years of taking my vehicle there for maintenance. More
