A huge Thank You to Schiwa and Josh as well as the other service staff and management at Luther Brookdale Toyota! I cannot say enough about how they have stood behind their products and go beyond the call service staff and management at Luther Brookdale Toyota! I cannot say enough about how they have stood behind their products and go beyond the call of duty to take care my needs. This visit Schiwa worked with management and they met me half way on all new tires when the others that I purchased 26k miles ago were cupping and should have lasted much longer. Josh also had labor reduced for another part that was being installed as well as reducing my bill even further with the equivalent of the rebate amount. I will continue to have my vehicle maintained at this dealer! They are and have been great to work with! I will continue to recommend them to others. Thanks again!! More

My wife told me that she thought our 2000 Land Cruiser might need to be looked at as it seemed to be running rough, I found that hard to believe as it has a mere 352,000 miles on it but said I would drive it the next day. Driving in to Minneapolis it became readily apparent that there was definitely a problem, and I was not going to get too far. I decided a stop at Brookdale Toyota was the prudent course of action. Not having an appointment I expected at best to leave the vehicle and call for a ride. I was pleasantly surprised after speaking to Duane that not only could they look at it but if it was going to be a lengthy fix they could offer me a loaner. I wandered in to the waiting area and in about fifteen to twenty minutes Duane found me to let me know the diagnosis was a bad coil, he had a technician that could get on it right away and have me on my way in about a half an hour. As I waited I watched the various service people interact with the waiting customers, telling them that their cars were ready and explaining what had been done. It occurred to me as I watched the friendly banter that this service was truly beyond just professional. You might think that this was just a lucky day for me, but the truth is I have been a customer since I bought my first 4-Runner in 1988. I have been treated this way for 25 years. Luther Brookdale Toyota is an amazing facility. I generally don't have my vehicles serviced at dealerships, primarily because I tend to own older vehicles, and like to save money where I can. But since I had received a safety recall notice for my 2002 Corolla, and Toyota was paying for the fix, I went to this dealer. If money were no object (or if I owned newer vehicles), this would be the first place I would go -- at least based on what I saw yesterday. I'm making the assumption that their mechanics are as top-notch as the other employees I interacted with. The service bays are large, well lit, clean, and orderly. The whole place has an airy, open feel to it. The waiting area boasts probably a dozen flat screen TVs (including a couple of large ones), comfortable chairs, and refreshments. I could have spent all morning there enjoying the ambience. Sadly, my vehicle was fixed and ready to go before I could even finish my complimentary hot drink. As I was easing out of the service bay in my fixed (and newly washed!) vehicle, I came to one of the three, large, closed garage doors. I wasn't sure if I was supposed to notify somebody that I was leaving, or what. Suddenly, the 2-story garage door in front of me flew opened with such a whoosh of speed that I couldn't help but smile. More
I recently brought my Toyota Camry to Luther Brookdale for service to replace a belt. My overall experience was awesome. Occasionally, I also fly on Singapore Airlines (one of the standard bearers for service in the airline industry). I just want to say my overall experience with everyone at Luther Toyota...from the guys at the service counter, to the people at the cashiers desk, through every step of the process: getting the car into the schedule, getting a loaner vehicle, to getting the car repaired and returned...all the communication along the way was top-notch and comparable to any service I've experienced in my travels. I am really glad I purchased my Toyota Camry from Luther Brookdale, and will gladly be back for service in the future. More
Today I received prompt, friendly, thorough, fast service on my Toyota. Work performed was documented, explained, and furnished to me. What was originally anticipated to take up to 2 hours was accomplished in less than 1 hour. The new facility is incredible - a monumental upgrade from the previous location. Great attention to detail in a very concerted effort to make for a most positive customer experience. Perhaps not all that surpisingly, I witnessed many of the same things I experience at my Lexus dealership - professionally dressed staff who are knowledgeable and friendly, a genuine respect for my time, accommodating waiting area with TVs/vending/complimentary beverages and snacks/etc. I was very impressed and pleased with today's experience and would highly recommend this dealer. I have purchased three new vehicles from this dealer in the past 12 years. More

The Avalon is a very sturdy car and it gets good service at this dealer, so I drive with confidence (and very conservatively). Thanks for the peace of mind. PS The new facility is very impressive. I actually liked the old one which was sort of homey, but clean, but this new facility is nice. No, I don't work for Toyota and never have, but am a very loyal Avalon fan. More

Made an appointment with dealership after Maintenance required light came on in vehicle. Very helpful in getting me an appointment that worked best for me and when I arrived Duane in the service departme required light came on in vehicle. Very helpful in getting me an appointment that worked best for me and when I arrived Duane in the service department was extremely courteous and friendly even as I argued that the maintenance required light was on for a more serious reason. His composure and courteousness against my brash and all knowing attitude is, besides the awesome work and beautiful new surroundings, why I feel justified in driving out of the way to get my service done at this location. :D More
