Went in on a Saturday morning for an oil change. The place is spotless and the service person very friendly. They found a nail in my tire and I'm very thankful they did! Service was quick. I ended up going back a few days later because of a high pitched noise coming out of my heater/air conditioner fan. A couple of the desk guys quickly jumped in the car to see what the problem was and found a straw wrapper had become lodged in there somehow. They were very helpful and nice and I was on my way in a few minutes. Wish I had their names. It was Tuesday, October 8th about 10:00p.m. Thanks guys!! More
I brought my 2011 Toyota Sienna XLE in for a synthetic oil change at 38342 miles. Vehicle was checked in immediately (I had a 9:00 AM appointment). I waited approximately 30 minutes and the service was co oil change at 38342 miles. Vehicle was checked in immediately (I had a 9:00 AM appointment). I waited approximately 30 minutes and the service was completed, vehicle washed and was given a "distinguished customer" discount of 10 % ! Very pleased ! Will continue bringing my vehicle back for service in the future. More
Rotors replaced by same dealership 10 months ago and already need the rotors machined. Driving habits have not changed so I can only conclude that something was off with the replacement rotors. Working with service to find a solution to the inability to pair my Verizon Motorola phone with the Highlander Bluetooth system. I brought my car in for a routine oil change tonight and to discuss an intermittent hesitation/stutter problem while accelerating. The problem started over a month ago but after a can of Seafoam, it seemed to discuss an intermittent hesitation/stutter problem while accelerating. The problem started over a month ago but after a can of Seafoam, it seemed to be ok. While driving to the dealership this evening, the problem reappeared and was worse than before. I asked for the oil change and a diagnostic test to see if they could determine the problem. The service tech drove my car and experienced the same problem. After a diagnostic test, it was narrowed down to the spark plugs, which had over 111,000 miles on them. The advisor, Schiwa, was excellent to tell me what was going on and also allowed me back in the service area to show me the spark plugs they had removed from the engine (4 of the 6 had been removed). The spark plugs did look like they needed replacing. I was satisfied with their diagnosis. They finished servicing my car, test drove it again, and the service tech noticed a remarkable improvement in the performance. I, too, could tell the difference driving home tonight. I truly appreciated the time the advisor took to explain and show me exactly what they were doing. The customer waiting room makes it so much nicer to have to wait for service. I was thrilled that they could fix my car tonight and I didn't even have an appointment for the spark plugs. I really appreciate being treated well (as a woman driver) and respectfully by Luther Brookdale Toyota employees. Will definitely continue my Solara's service with them as I have been doing for the past 10 years. I'm sure I will buy my next new Toyota from them as well. More

Due for the oil change, easy access for getting appointment on line, a plus, no long phone calls. And appointments available around my time. Arrived early, no problem for service department. I brought my Tacoma in to have a defect in the handbrake repaired that was uncovered in the course of a multipoint check; I'd been given an estimate of $202 to fix the problem (parts + labor). The job was promised for completion by 1pm on Aug. 15/2013. Your employee Cou was on the phone at about 9:30 this morning to say that not only was the job done, but it had turned out that no new parts were needed and the the charge consequently would be $140 instead of $202. It would have been very easy to install the new parts the techs thought would be necessary and say no more about it; I was quite impressed by how upfront your staff were even though it meant a smaller fee for your firm. That's an uncommon attribute these days, and I appreciate it very much. Your staff are unfailingly polite and professional and that too is something you find less and less. Good work; I'll be back.
