Rescued from car trouble quickly and with great service. Last week, late at night, the "check engine" light on my 2003 Toyota Corolla lit up - a bit scary, because I had no idea what was wrong - no obvious s Last week, late at night, the "check engine" light on my 2003 Toyota Corolla lit up - a bit scary, because I had no idea what was wrong - no obvious signs of trouble. I limped the car home, and called Toyota City in the morning. I had bought the car there, and they have done all my maintenance, always superbly. Duane Green asked a few questions, and was able to reassure me that I did not need a tow - I could drive the car in. He also assured me that they could fit me in immediately, and could shuttle me to work or put me in a loaner car if the repair was going to take a while. I got there (whew!), turned the car over to Duane and his team, and was out of there in just a little more than an hour with the car repaired (the problem turned out to have been a corroded neck on the fuel tank, and consequent drop in fuel pressure). Duane was also able to reassure me that no lasting harm had been done to the car. What could have been a car trouble nightmare turned into a smooth ride, with almost no disruption to my work day. Without an appointment on a Friday afternoon they completed Maintenance One and Two, changed oil/filter, removed jammed bike rack, and washed my car. All in less than one hour while providing a report on all the operational systems important to keeping my car running. My 2002 Camry XLE has over 192,000 miles and is still running fantastic due to the 12 years of excellent support and maintenance from this dealership. Linkster More

I came in with concerns and the service advisors answered all my questions. I came in for a warrantee issue and they looked at it and ordered a new part. Within a week I received a phone call telling me that the part was in. They let me come in the next morning and while I had coffee and cookies, about an hour later they gave me back my keys, and I was on my way. The whole place is clean and friendly. Anyone would be comfortable going this place for help. More

The Camry was past its suggested routine maintenance and with the vehicle being given to my daughter I wanted the major items serviced. Upon walking into the service desk area I was greeted immediately with "can I help you". Jeremy was professional and polite with logging my service request. I appreciated a coffee and doughnut while waiting for my ride. I was notified of additional service prior to its beginning which made good sense to do at this time. I was notified again when the work was completed. The payment station folks were prompt and friendly. My vehicle exterior was washed clean and ready for pick-up inside which is appreciated. Barely recognized it clean. I felt the service experience was great from beginning to end and will share it with others. More

I thanked the shop for the list but my trust in Brookdale Toyota prompted me to have my Maintenance One and Two done, an oil change and my exhaust checked. I dropped it off on a Saturday and Steve Miller immediately hooked me up with a 2014 Camry to use during the weekend. As I expected I did not need the $2,000 worth of things to be done as the other car shop suggested. My preventive maintenance checks passed, I got my oil change with the 100,000K mile discount and the exhaust system was less than I budgeted. Steve got me a great deal on a after market part. WOW! With the service I got from Steve and the cashiers I felt like a VIP! My confidence in Brookdale Toyota service center keeps me coming back and make that 40 minute drive to keep my 2001 Camry running great. My third car will be purchased from them soon. More
