Service Advisor I had a check engine light. I made an appointment for 11:00AM (24 Hrs in advance). I arrived 15 Mins early. Check-in was okay but service advisor w I had a check engine light. I made an appointment for 11:00AM (24 Hrs in advance). I arrived 15 Mins early. Check-in was okay but service advisor was much less then personable than desirable. I waited in the waiting room. After one-hour I went to Cou at his desk. I told him that I felt one-hour to get a diagnosis for a check engine light seemed too long. He went to the service bays and came back and said "He" is going to connect it up now. (one hour after my appointment time) After another 30 mins I went to ask about my car. All of the other service advisors came to the waiting room and updated their customers. Cou did not. He had my paperwork and told me it was a oxygen sensor failure. He was not knowledgable when I asked questions. The service advisor at the next desk answered my questions for him. Cou's knowledge and lazy attitude are not good for someone who deals directly with customers. He is not good for the company. Several dealers in my area. I will go somewhere else next time. If EEOC is an issure. Couldn't you find a better Customer oriented person? More

30,000 mile service Once again the service technician who rotated my tires damaged the aluminum rims. I do not know why they cannot be more careful with someone else's p Once again the service technician who rotated my tires damaged the aluminum rims. I do not know why they cannot be more careful with someone else's property and use the proper tools to remove the hubcabs without scratching and damaging the rims. I have called and left messages for the service manager and my salesperson (of course was after hours by the time my husband arrived home from work today and saw the damaes) so we will see if they do anything about it or just once again say that is what happens when the tires need to be rotated. I do not believe that excuse for 1 minute since a reputable tire company asked me who damaged my rims when I had to buy a tire to replace an unrepairable flat a year or so ago. I highly discourage anyone from using Luther Toyata's service department unless you want your vehicle damaged by unskilled or uncaring technicians! More

Kudos to the whole service department I have had nothing but excellent, professional service from this dealership since I started taking my vehicles there for the last 15 years. I said a week ago, the fan on start-up sounded funny for a day or two, if there are any ways to check any there’s any file logs dates on Easter … . The greeter cut me off and explanation ended with if a sensor is trip a light on the dash would blink, asked me if anything was currently blinking on the dash. I said no. The greeter left the conversation in a tone of then if no light, it could not happen. Seemed could be rude but I blew it off and wait for my car. When the greeter came out stated my car was running and the fan was running fine. Then went into if the lights on dashboard don’t light up then don’t worry about it. I left it at, Next time I’ll record video on my phone. The greeter seemed to like that idea, then into rudely if the lights on dashboard don’t light up then don’t worry about it. From there somehow got to the greeter said, You may my know computers, but don’t tell me how to do my job! Said the greeter not the technician, if I’m reading the paperwork correctly. That was a few hours ago, and it is still bugging me, that’s not how I would treat a customer. More

Service I had no problem getting an appointment that coincided with my availability to bring in my car. The gentleman who checked me in for service had checked my record and was cognizant of what was required. The young man who met my car was polite and helpful. The wait in the comfortable waiting room with delicious coffee was relaxing as I read my book and waited. The TV was set on low voice, which I appreciate as I prefer quiet to noise. More

I completed a thorough description of the issues with the vehicle via the dealer's website when I made the appointment. I have had issues with the car's audio system since day one. I've been told it's my phone. I've been told the car needed a software update. The voice commands STILL say they're initializing and don't work. Despite the fact that I had listed these issues on my service request I was told that the real expert on the car would have to get back to me because he was gone for the day. It's better than an hour drive each way for me to get there so making another trip is an inconvenience. I was also told that the moon roof leaking in a touch-free car wash was normal and due to the high pressure of the water. The moon roof did not leak in the dealer's car wash last night. More
