My small shop had me scheduled weeks in advance but couldn't accommodate me, due to illness leaving it very short-handed. With Luther Toyota-Scion, my Worthy Successor (the Scion's name) got caring, knowledgeable accountable attention from start-to-finish. Since my appointment only took a short time, the customer service technician offered me the option of talking to a technical advisor on my electronics. I had often wondered about the Aux feature to stream one's own music over the radio speakers. The technical advisor Badu not only showed me how this could be done but me a highly professional presentation of how to accommodate passengers' musical preferences without raising unnecessary safety concerns for the driver. I appreciated the stress-free professionalism. And the bottom line: for all I received the price of my oil change was highly competitive. Thanks so much, Luther Toyota-Scion! More

Routine can be nice I just stopped in to have a routine 5000 mile oil change and tire rotation done. I have had Robert M. as my service writer 3 of the previous times I have been there with one or the other of our two RAVs, so I scheduled the appointment with him. He was tied up when I arrived and Nicole quickly had me come to her counter and took care of getting things underway (she actually reminded me that the tire rotation was a good idea at this timie and I agreed}. While I was in the waiting room reading and enjoying my coffee a gentleman named Randy came and thanked me for my continued business and asked if there were any questions or problems he could help me with. I did talk with him and Nicole about a difficulty I had been having with the keyless system on our other car. They gave me some suggestions and also recommended that the next time I had tha vehicle in that we try to recreate the problem so that they could help with that, too. All quite nice. More

Broke down I was devastated to hear from a first opinion telling me my car would cost a whopping $960 to fix. He told me, my car would only cost a fraction of the first pricing. I was estatic and yes I fixed it! I am a happy camper!!!! More

Excellent Service We came just before closing time, on Saturday, needing the oil changed and tires rotated. In just over 20 minutes they had done a multi-point inspection, oil change, tire rotation and washed the car, all at no charge. They were cheerful, friendly and very efficient.
