However, I'm tired of looking at the same old replay of the building of your dealership for years on end. That has to be driving your people at the counter crazy -- just sayin. . . Some thoughts -- maybe a presentation of all the beautiful sites in our state or pictures of Toyota's vehicles. Just change it up from time to time or pull the plug! More

Service and recall I recently purchased a new 2015 Rav4 My very first drive off the lot (normally I buy used) So maybe I was expecting too much. with 4000 miles on my I recently purchased a new 2015 Rav4 My very first drive off the lot (normally I buy used) So maybe I was expecting too much. with 4000 miles on my car I had a issue with a burning smell. When taking my car in and having to leave it they wanted to charge me for a loaner, We had to get upset before they would offer us one for 10 cent a mile or bring it back with a full tank of gas (which is fair) When the car was complete my service person was on break and no one offered to come explain what was done to my car and what was replaced for the recall. The girl at the service desk didn't seem to know how to handle this. It was like "oh well" I guess I'm old school when spending 30,000 dollars I expect a little more. I don't like the car to begin with so this didn't help much. I guess you have to like toyota's to like this car. Going back to Jeep when my lease is completed. More

Quick, caring service I pulled a muscle in my back as I exited my car inside the Service center. Robert quickly brought a chair to help me. The car was finished with servicing when Robert said it would be. The car was parked very close to the exit so I didn't have so far to walk. All in all everyone was very caring. More

Better experience here than the dealer I bought the car from I purchased my car from another dealer and every time I went for service, it took longer than expected and the waiting area was echo-y and filled with I purchased my car from another dealer and every time I went for service, it took longer than expected and the waiting area was echo-y and filled with people talking on their cel phones for the entire wait. At Brookdale Toyota, the service is fast, no appointment needed for basic oil change/tire rotation, they don't try to sell me on a bunch of things I don't need, the waiting area is very pleasant with TVs at a low volume, newspapers, magazines, personal carrols for watching a different station or having a conversation without annoying the people around you. They have also showed me how to change the rear wiper on my RAV4 (not simple) and checked my tires when the low pressure light was on and it was rediculously cold outside. Have never had a bad experience here! More

Never a concern the job is not done right. I truly believe this is the finest service department anywhere. I am confident that when I leave the vehicle is ready for whatever I have planned for I truly believe this is the finest service department anywhere. They found a leaking rear seal that also caused the brake shoes to get oil soaked which could only cause problems down the road. More
