First Sevice I was asked to come in for my first service check after purchasing my car in May 2015. My service was done quite quickly, wash included. Upon going ou I was asked to come in for my first service check after purchasing my car in May 2015. My service was done quite quickly, wash included. Upon going out to get my car I noticed a small rock chip on the hood and went back in to ask the service man what I could do. I have the Tire & Wheel coverage and I had the Clear Coat added. The service guy said to go the Luther Auto Body place in Brooklyn Park over by Fleet Farm and they could help me. The man at the auto body place said "I wish they would quit sending people here. I have no idea what coverage you have and no access to find out. The dealership should have been able to help you." Well, they didn't so now I have no idea what I should do. Why couldn't the service guy at the counter look up what coverage I had and if this rock chip would be covered and how to proceed. More

Excellent Service I had new tires installed on my Tundra. The next day one of the tires had only 15 psi. I put it up to 35 psi and drove directly to Toyota City. As soon as I parked in the service bay, Jeremy quickly came out to see me and to find out why I was there. He got me in inmeadiately to solve the tire problem, which turned out to be a pinched air valve. Excellent service on a short-notice needed repair. I needed a quick repair on a wiring problem in the steering column of my Sienna van. Luther Brookdale Toyota got me in the next evening and repaired t I needed a quick repair on a wiring problem in the steering column of my Sienna van. Luther Brookdale Toyota got me in the next evening and repaired the problem pronto. The staff I dealt with were knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. They also had the part necessary to replace the spare tire holder on a recall issue that I had been waiting for several months for another Toyota dealer to replace and they did that at Luther also. It was an A-1 experience. Having evening hours is a great service. More

Recent servicing of my car at Luther Toyota Brookdale I have been going to Luther Brookdale Toyota for over 10 years for the servicing of my car. They are kind, courteous, helpful and do a great job. Alwa I have been going to Luther Brookdale Toyota for over 10 years for the servicing of my car. They are kind, courteous, helpful and do a great job. Always an enjoyable experience. My car is well taken care of and the problem is fixed. I like being able to take my car in after work if I need an oil change or repairs. I also love the transportation service, giving me a ride to work and picking me up, when my car is in need of repair and I need to get to work. What I don't like is when Toyota dropped the notices they mailed to you to let you know what needs replacement/looked at and serviced at what miles. With these mailed notices, I was able budget my money to better take care of my car. I would like to have these back. It helped with budgeting, just as importantly, I took really good care of my cars and they ran well and lasted much longer, saving me money and peace of mind. More
