Great service on Tundra Went in for a oil change, tire rotation, car wash for my 2012 Tundra. Recieved a call back that front and rear brakes needed replacement too. It was l Went in for a oil change, tire rotation, car wash for my 2012 Tundra. Recieved a call back that front and rear brakes needed replacement too. It was less than two hours before they closed for the day, and they had three technicians working on my truck to get it done by closing time. Very convenient that they could get it done with out another trip. Truck was very dirty as well and they power washed it before running it through the car wash. Thanks! More

Very helpful and accommodating I am in a wheelchair, and whenever I pull in, a service rep, (who doesn't know me), will get my wheelchair out and set it up for me, and someone else I am in a wheelchair, and whenever I pull in, a service rep, (who doesn't know me), will get my wheelchair out and set it up for me, and someone else will put it back in my car when my my appointment is complete. While the one I had serviced today was not purchased at Luther Brookdale Toyota, I have had it serviced there ever since we purchased the second one there. Today was a routine lube, oil and filter, multi-point inspection, plus a front brake job Duane alerted me to a recall on the wiper system they were prepared to address as well. It was most convenient for me to wait while all this was done and I was quite comfortable in the lounge with coffee and a paper provided. All this work took just a click over 2 hours and my freshly washed car awaited me when done. Thanks again. More
