I especially like the comfortable waiting area for service. Free coffee and baked goods, comfortable seating, and workstations with outlets and WiFi. I always wait while my car is being serviced and I'm able to get a little breakfast and get some work done… but not too much, since they're always so fast with their work! More

Both the service person and then the manager listened carefully. Mr. Ibrahim even put on his winter coat on a very cold day to come out to our car to see what we were concerned about. Turns out, both things were just fine -- and explained to us patiently. Also, when we purchased this car from Sara Davis in 2016, it was the best car shopping experience of my life. After previously giving Luther Brookdale Toyota a bad review, I have edited my review because, despite my pervious bad experience with them, they call After previously giving Luther Brookdale Toyota a bad review, I have edited my review because, despite my pervious bad experience with them, they called me and offered to fix my horn, I still paid for the new part but Mr. STEVEN MILLER did the work for free. And that to me shows that they care about what a customer feels. The customer service may need some improvement but I would recommend AIDA she is very friendly, nice, polite and she remembered my name all the times I walked in there. My advice for Luther Brookdale is customer who use their dealership expect the best of everything even if they don't look like they deserve it. Because we believe them to be experts on their cars and we are willing to pay for that reputation. Please take time to check a car brought in for service, do not rush, and make sure that the car runs well before giving it back. Inform your customers of any new pending problem you have come across while fixing the car that will require fixing in the future. To the front desk, not all customers have a hidden motive when they have complained on a previous service. Listening to them even if you do not believe them is the best way to go. let the expert do their job. Remember that when a customer comes to Toyota, they are looking for the best, and are willing to pay for it. To new customers, if you experience similar problem to mine Luther Brookdale Toyota care for their customers, just ask for Mr. STEVEN MILLER Previous Experience I was having problem keeping my 2004 Toyota Avalon straight while going at 60, the steering felt loose, so I took it to Luther Brookdale, after reading their reviews , I just moved out of NY, and I wanted an expert to look at my car , identify the problem and actually fix it. So after dropping my car, in less than 30minutes I was told that they could not find any problem, the car was running well according to them. I know my car , and I knew there was something wrong , so I told them to have a second look, which they did and told me I needed new struts and some bolts that were old. for this they charged me $1600, and one day free rental car. When I got my car back, it felt like the alignment was off, and the horn was not working. I was not bothered about the alignment, but the horn was working when I took my car in. I know this because I used it given that it was a windy day and some one cut me when I was just about to exit to this dealership. they also took my steering cover off saying that it was old and was probably causing the loose steering. Before I took the car back I called , and they gave me a same day appointment, but when I got there a rude help desk person claimed that they did not even know that I was coming , and that I am lying I broke my horn before coming to them. He claimed that there is no way they could have touched my steering , even though my steering cover was taken of but the work I paid them for was on the struts. I was talked down to and then they ask me to pay an extra $480 for them to fix the horn. I declined and just took my car. After paying them almost $1700, my car is having more problems than when I took it there. I now have to fix my horn , balance and alignment. Mabel . A More
