Service department regular maintenance Steve Miller and his team are fabulous! Steve was just a kid working at Toyota City when we purchased our first Toyota there. Perfect in and out and car washed too! I bought my Sienna from Tuo in 2008 at Luther Brookdale Toyota. I have gone nowhere else for maintenance. It’s the best vehicle I’ve ever owned. Informing me know the out the door cost up front was a plus. Also showing me the actual cabin filter, asking me whether I would prefer it changed for $60.00(ouch) LOL. But I choose to do so anyhow as long as I was there. Seriously though, the Luther family really trains their staff to treat everyone respectfully. I can remember when both Steve and Duane were young and they are both still their. That say's a lot as well. More

Shuttle service was great! They fixed the car too Donny did a fabulous job in the Shuttle on a really bad Minnesota snow day and he did it calmly, with no fuss and great courtesy. Yay Donny for knowing how to get us from Old Hwy 88 over to Brooklyn Park without getting on 694, which was an 8 lane parking lot. And kudos to the excellent mechanics and service team for removing not just the the physical but also the odiferous remains of the mouse in the heating system. It’s SO nice to be able to turn the heat on in the car again! More

Always friendly, honest and efficient ! I came in for oil change and help with replacing batteries in my two remote starter fobs. Arrived 15 min early, and they took in my vehicle. Then my I came in for oil change and help with replacing batteries in my two remote starter fobs. Arrived 15 min early, and they took in my vehicle. Then my customer service guy showed me how to replace batt....waiting til I was able to repeat his steps. Service was done quickly but thankfully AFTER I had time to enjoy a coffee and bkfst sweet along with a few minutes of televised news on their big screen. Thank you!!!! More
