Love this place! I love to have the maintenance on my Rav4 done here. It's a quick hop from Downtown on 94 to 694, and they are so organized! They quickly sign me in I love to have the maintenance on my Rav4 done here. It's a quick hop from Downtown on 94 to 694, and they are so organized! They quickly sign me in and I can either wait in their bright comfortable waiting area (refreshments too!), or I can walk a couple blocks to various eating choices. (I always schedule around lunchtime.) They invariably get my work done in their time estimate, usually less than an hour, and have me on my way. And their printout report shows the status of my tires, brakes, battery, and the fluid levels checked. It gives me peace of mind. Great place! More

The facilities are clean, comfortable, and inviting - I usually wait in the customer lounge when my car is serviced so I appreciate the amenities in the customer lounge area. I have often referred to this dealership's level of customer service as superior to experiences in other dealerships when responding to a customer satisfaction survey, noting Luther Brookdale Toyota as an example for what customer service should be at a car dealership. New Camry Engine Back in February I found out I needed a new engine due to no oil. I did not realize the car was burning oil. I was very frustrated and disappointed m Back in February I found out I needed a new engine due to no oil. I did not realize the car was burning oil. I was very frustrated and disappointed mostly in me missing that. Steve said let me see what I can do for you. That same day he found a good used engine for my 2011 Camry. He put together a price that was more than fair. He came through and within a week I had my car back and running. Since then I have driven over 1200 miles without an issue.
