Quick solution There was something hanging from under my car so I took it in to remedy the problem. The service agent seemed familiar with what might be the culprit There was something hanging from under my car so I took it in to remedy the problem. The service agent seemed familiar with what might be the culprit. It was a tear in the underbody plastic shield. I was given the option of replacing the shield or cutting off the tear. I opted for the quick solution of cutting off the tear. I was happy to learn there was no charge for this service.
