Recall and regular maintenance Duane was great. For my regular maintenance He explained what I needed and offered to handle the recall work, a software upgrade, at the same time. Duane was great. I was done in less than an hour and the WiFi in the waiting area allowed me to get some work done remotely. the coffee was nice too. Not sure how the experience could be better. I always feel you guys are not going to rake me over the coals with things I don't need to have done. Never had an issue with any of our Toyota's like we did with other cars like water pumps and engine troubles etc. The new electronics and your every 5000 mile maintenance program seem to be doing the trick towards making the car not as expensive overall to maintain. Fantastic service. I brought my car in yesterday with the dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree! I did not have an appointment. They told me they would probably be able to check in the afternoon. At 12:20 p.m., they called with the diagnosis. In addition to correcting the problem, they installed new airbags that were required to be replaced per a recall. I had my car back at 2:00 p.m.. They also gave me a ride home and would picked me up if I needed a ride to pick it up. Amazing! More

Maintenance Routine maintenance done, told it would be about 2 hrs. Done in 1.5 hrs. Schiwa called to say it was ready. Car washed and ready when we arrived.
