Several times, as I did this last time, I've strongly complimented the folks out in the 'bay' that meet my car when I drive in. They're gracious, on-task, polite, have great eye-contact and customer connection. It's SOOOO refreshing to have what I would call normal good service!!! Hats off (and a hug) to all of them. Also so appreciate the contacts I've had as I bring my slip inside.... good customer service again. And the reason it's so "outstanding" is because it's rare in so many places, unfortunately. The whole experience - arriving, hanging out waiting, receiving info about the car, check-out... it's all right on target. Don't ever get tired of being customer-engaged! It's why at least 2 of my friends have decided to buy cars from you - because I'm not afraid to brag on you all regularly.
