Luther Brookdale Toyota - Service Center

The right way to treat cusomers I drove into the service area for an oil change. A technician greeted me almost immediately and got my mileage and handed me the check-in sheet. I then walked to the service advisor area to check in. Within 15 seconds, an advisor said he would be with me shortly. 30 seconds later someone in the office acknowledged me and said someone would help me shortly. Within 2 minutes someone checked me in. The service waiting area was packed. But there was enough seats, newspapers, bottled water, coffee etc. Someone was cleaning the kitchen service area and making sure the area was well stocked. This, is why I still go to Brookdale Toyota dealership to service my Camry Hybrid XLE even though there is another Toyota dealership much closer to my house. More

Service at Luther Toyota is always exceptional. We are very happy with the service we have received over the past 4 years or so. Another Good Experience I worked with service advisor, Duane. He is a good one. He explained everything thoroughly and I have always enjoyed working with him (other adviso I worked with service advisor, Duane. He is a good one. Visit to Brookdale Toyota on October 1st. Never seen it so busy. I ended up waiting 2.5 hours for basically a maintenance 1 service.
