He explained everything thoroughly and I have always enjoyed working with him (other adviso I worked with service advisor, Duane. He is a good one. Visit to Brookdale Toyota on October 1st. Never seen it so busy. I ended up waiting 2.5 hours for basically a maintenance 1 service.
