I've been going to this dealership since 1994 and this is my 3rd new car. I started going there because I'm a woman and they treated me very well; years ago men always seemed to get treated better, especia my 3rd new car. They treat everyone very well as far as I can tell. I can drive in any time and get my service done or even if I just have a question. They come out to talk to you in person before doing any work to explain and get your ok. Also gives me senior discount without asking as it is just written on my account. This last time I worked with Duane Greene who was very friendly and knew me from other service appointments. More

Had my vehicle taken in for a recall fix as it died on the highway and codes and another auto shop said the recall would likely fix my vehicle. Towed it to Luther Brookdale Toyota and was told it wasn't the highway and codes and another auto shop said the recall would likely fix my vehicle. Towed it to Luther Brookdale Toyota and was told it wasn't part of the recall and I would have to pay for diagnosis and fix and that it would likely be expensive. I had to call Toyota customer support who confirmed my vehicle was part of the recall. They called the dealership to inform them and have them order the parts. Recall fix done, was told car wouldn't start so I told them to go ahead and diagnose it. Asked for an update next day and was told it starts but needs to go for test drive. Day after that I asked for an update and was told the throttle body was dirty with carbon and that is why it died on the highway and that it would stall out on their test drive. Was billed for this work. Prior shop confirmed if it was a dirty throttle body that the engine should at least turn over to try and start and that this dealer was not being honest. All codes pointed to the part of car that was in the recall and if it was a dirty throttle body it would at least try to start but might not run well. Steer clear is my advice. I did reach out to the service manager via email and waited over a week to post review in case they did reach out to me. I have not heard back from them and I assume I won't. This was my worst experience at a dealership. More
