After an initial glitch in which there was no appointment scheduled for me and I could not remember the name of the service person I had made the reservation with over the phone, Steve Miller talked to me an scheduled for me and I could not remember the name of the service person I had made the reservation with over the phone, Steve Miller talked to me and arranged for someone to come and get my car to bring it in for service. The delivery people were very nice and I was grateful to have the service completed without having to sit in a waiting room full of people. I paid with Visa by phone and received the service information and receipt from the delivery person. I have been pleased with service received since I purchased the car through Keith Kyle in 2014.
