I purchased a new Highlander yesterday. The salesman noticed that one of the third row seats would not fold down. I called Jeremy first thing in the morning to see if I could get it Fixed as we are g noticed that one of the third row seats would not fold down. I called Jeremy first thing in the morning to see if I could get it Fixed as we are going on a trip this weekend. He was great and told me to bring in the car immediately. I did. And the seat was fixed within an hour and a half. Seems a cable inside the seat was not installed properly. Huge Thank You to Jeremy and the service department for their concern and prompt attention.
