Staff was friendly and my vehicle service was as expected, no complaints about that. My only negative to note was that there was a 10 minute wait to check in for my appointment, so more staff would expected, no complaints about that. My only negative to note was that there was a 10 minute wait to check in for my appointment, so more staff would have lessened wait times. Also, I made my appointment ahead of time but was told up to a 3 hour wait for just an oil change. This was disappointing as I made the appointment in advance and noted I would be waiting for completion. Overall, I do plan to return but will probably schedule on a week day instead of a weekend to avoid longer waits again. More
