Excellent experience with the service dept. . Everyone was so nice and helpful. I needed a new tire and they arranged for someone to pick it up while I was there so I didn't have to have to come . I wasn't sure what was going wrong with my car, but called and brought it after dash lights went off. Glad I did, because car wouldn't start after I pulled into the Service garage drop off. My wife and I had a very good experience at Luther Toyota, David was our sales person and he couldn't have been better, his knowledge about the vehicle and the process was top notch. If he wasn't sure Toyota, David was our sales person and he couldn't have been better, his knowledge about the vehicle and the process was top notch. If he wasn't sure about a question he would tell us and he would find the answer. When picked up our Rav4 he went over everything and answered all our question, the biggest thing was all the numbers that we talked about at the beginning never changed in the end. I would recommend David to anyone looking to buy Toyota. Also when it came to the financing part we sat down with Abdi and he was super fun to be with and made the money part easier. one thong I would like to comment on was another dealership warned me about going to Luther Toyota and I was waiting for the things to happen that he warned me about but those things never happen, I was very happy about that! More
