Terrible Rudy Luther experience Let me teach you a “smart” way to improve. Pro tips*****First of all if someone is paying cash and tells you they have “zero” credit, don’t tell them to drive 40 minutes away to get their checkbook, if you can’t take a check from someone who has zero credit. Simply listen to what they already told you and have them get a cashiers check in the first place. You folks sent me home to get my trade in and check book.. by the time I got back it was 5:09pm. I told you that no banks were open but you assured me that the drive thru down the street was open. Not only was it not open, but they didn’t even have a drive through in the first place. Then after I jumped through all these hoops they decide to tell me the narrative about stolen cars and scams. Hilarious because the CSR obviously didn’t know that I had just brought the car back after an extended test drive. Not a very good car thief… bringing the car back after it was already in my garage an hour earlier. *You should have asked for a cashiers check when you were told about the credit situation and cash payment *you should verify that a bank is open and that it exists, before sending a customer there *make eye contact and don’t mutter passive aggressively *and never bring up things like theft and scams in this context. It can feel like accusations. DO BETTER Robert the CSR!!! More
